Website delivery

Netlify hosts this website. Delivering and securing a website can involve technical connection information, including IP addresses and request information. This release adds no analytics SDK, advertising tracker or signup form. Provider operations are described in Netlify’s privacy policy, Data Processing Agreement and trust center. Their scope differs depending on whether Netlify acts as controller or processor.

When you email support

We use your email address, message and related mail metadata to respond to your inquiry. Zoho Mail handles the support mailbox; its current account data center is in the United States. This does not mean every provider operation takes place only there. See Zoho’s privacy policy.

Operator-controlled inquiry records are kept for no longer than 12 months after resolution, and deleted earlier when no longer needed or in response to a verified deletion request, unless separately identified legal retention applies. Contact support@htmloop.com to request access, correction or deletion. Provider logs and backup handling follow applicable provider contracts and policies; this notice does not promise their immediate deletion or assign them the same 12-month period.
